This artwork is made from feathers, dyed PVC tubing, Dyed plastic clothing tags, dyed rope, embroidery threads, sequins & beads. Each embellishment has been hand stitched onto net. The feathers within this piece replicate the movement of soft corals, even without a breeze they will sway.
To emphasise the movement and texture of the piece, the custom frame has no glass front, this gives an opportunity to feel the textural materials within.
